Why Make Eggs Benedict The Old Way Simply Add This?

The Name Might Seem Intimidating But The Recipe Is Super Easy To Follow – Find Out How To Make This Tried & True Breakfast Classic HERE

Wakey, wakey, eggs, and bakey. What's your favorite breakfast meal? Around my house, it's hands down, Eggs Benedict. Whenever we go out to eat, we practically all order the same thing; Eggs Benedict. There is just something super special about a perfectly poached egg. The texture is spot on, with the yolk begging to be popped. The poached eggs hide below the decadently rich Hollandaise sauce. I just have to pretend that I don't know what Hollandaise sauce is made of when I'm eating it, or my gym membership would never forgive me. Working below the layers, next up is the Canadian bacon. It offers the perfect amount of salt to the dish, making you chew faster so you can get to the next bite that much quicker. And then, to top it all off, everything sits atop a toasted fluffy English muffin. This is the perfect bread vessel because all of those nooks and crannies soak up the Hollandaise sauce and the runny yolk from your poached eggs. Pair it with a side of mixed fresh fruit or crispy hash browns and you are in heaven.

So, naturally, you should at least attend this recipe at home at least once in your life. After working with this recipe, you'll see that it's not all that difficult to recreate your favorite restaurant experiences right at home. Ideally, on your back patio if you have one … and with bottomless mimosas on a Sunday.
