I actually read it to dredge the pork chops in the flour mixture, saute in a buttered pan til brown ( transfer chops to baking dish and put in oven. Saute the onions and then add all the other ingredients. Mix and then pour over chops in oven

The picture looks like these chops are either grilled or roasted not covered with a white sauce and clearly they are not boneless chops
