These Simple Ingredients Come Together To Create The Most Delicious Chicken Bake!

So you want that tasty chicken that is simple, and don't take to long to make? Well, here you have it! You can serve this as the main course or you can easily serve a salad with it.

Let's Get Started…

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 1/4 cup of grainy, course mustard
  • 1/4 cup smooth dijion mustard
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 of a small yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 – 4 small sprigs of fresh rosemary

The Ingredients To Gather:

  1. Combine the olive oil, mustards, and the honey in a small bowl
  2. In a cast iron skillet or saute pan, put in 1 tsp olive oil
  3. Saute the onion over med heat until it's tender and golden brown, approx 5 minutes. Now add the garlic and saute for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Put the chicken tenderloins over top of the garlic and onion mix. Salt and pepper the top of the chicken to taste.
  5. Now add the honey mustard mix to the top. Place the rosemary around the chicken.
  6. To finish it off, bake the chicken at 400 for 20 minutes, covered. Remove the cover and baste the chicken with the sauce, and then put back in the oven uncovered for another 20 to 30 minutes, or til it is browned on the top and cooked through completely.

Finished!

Now you have that great tasting chicken. I like to use boneless thighs for this one, but any good piece of chicken will work! Just make sure to add your sides in the last step of baking to that complete meal.
