Just About Anything Would Taste Good In The Sauce… Here Is How To Do It!
When it comes to family dinners; making something different, rustic and full of flavor is always something we aim for: That is why we always make this dish!
Chicken Chasseur is a classic French dish that’s made up of chicken and mushrooms and it is really easy to make despite the long, exaggerated title.
The sauce that goes on top of this herb roasted chicken is to die for. There is nothing that would compare to it. Once you try it you will understand where we are coming from.
The cool thing about Chicken Chasseur is that it's made in a Dutch Oven. The only reason the sauce and chicken come out like this is because of it.

Yup Nice ! thanks
I really like this
I used to make a recipe by Pierre Franey called Chicken with Mustard Shallot Sauce. It did not have mushrooms, but was a more complex recipe with much reducing. I like the sound of the mushrooms. Bet if I add a bit of Dijon mustard it would taste a lot like Franey’s recipe, but a LOT easier. Although the recipe didn’t call for it, I usually served it on those little bird’s nests of angel hair pasta. I always doubled the recipe so I could have more sauce for the angel hair!! Can’t wait to try this one!!!
Great!!
Is cognac an alcoholic beverage??
