To Recipe Station: Thank you for your delicious recipes, and I appreciate your sharing with the recipe community. However, I do offer one suggestion in the hopes of being helpful rather than critical. Here is a quick grammar lesson from a retired English teacher: The $#%&!@*le of your post should read: “If YOU’RE Planning A Weekend Party Check This Out.” The contraction YOU’RE means YOU ARE. This is the meaning that you’re (you are) trying to convey. Instead you used the word “YOUR” which is a possessive pronoun and which is not what was needed in your sentence. Grammar matters, especially when your writing will be read by potentially thousands of readers. These words are not interchangeable.
ANEM!! You are so right in ALL these comments!! Those who post where many people view and read this information are learning improper word usage and sentence structure, thinking it is correct!!
Thanks!
