Don't worry about using a specific type of noodle. You can use any type that you want. Make sure that you load on extra Parmesan Cheese on top!
Here Are The Full Directions…
How To Prepare:
- To start, you'll want to sauté your aromatic onion and garlic mixture with rosemary in olive oil. Be mindful of your heat during this step. The last thing you want is to have scorched garlic and onion in the pan. This is the complete opposite of the aromatics you are looking for.
- Next, you'll want to boil your spaghetti. I like to add a touch of salt, milk and oil to the water. Cook pasta to your desired doneness. I prefer al dente but it's totally up to you.
- Once the pasta is cooked, go ahead and drain it from the water and then toss in your oil mixture. Then add parm cheese to the mix and toss some more.
- Garnish with truffle oil and freshly chopped rosemary.
Next: This is a really great recipe for dressing your pasta before you add your sauce. I started doing this before I pour the marinara sauce over my pasta and it seriously takes your classic favorite to the next level. The noodles are really good enough to eat them alone just like this, but you might want to consider adding this step the next time you make spaghetti with meat sauce, too!

Makes my blood boil to hear “noodles”. Also the other word that is said wrong Is “caramel” it is not pronounced carmel. Carmel is a city in California.
Me too… Let them keep their recipe…
If you have fresh Garlic, Butter and Lemons make up your own I say.. LOLOL This is just stupid anymore with this site and it seems so many of them are doing it also. Anymore If I have an Idea of a Dish I google it,

This looks fantastic.
This is the worst page ever. How do I get to the recipe?
Angie Shaw
I add salt to the water.
People on government surplus back in the day ate macaroni with powdered milk and butter on them to get full. Not really butter, they called it oleo where I lived in PA. I get hungry for it now but use evaporated milk and real butter now. The commodities kept us fed then, no food stamps.
Jane, government commodities were welfare. Food stamps hadn’t been invented.
