You'll just need two metal pots and some good old room-temperature H20. Simply turn one metal pot upside down and place the frozen steak on top. Then fill the second pot with water (just to make it heavier) and place it on top.

I just place my meat in a cast iron skillet. Defrosts quick that way too
let it sit in a bowl of hot water in a baggy? I do with any frozen meat.
