Made With A Rich, Creamy Filling These Pumpkin Pie Bars Are Perfect For Entertaining A Large Crowd

This incredible pumpkin pie bar recipe makes enough for about fifteen bars, but if you want more, you can just double the ingredients. They take about twenty minutes to prepare, fifty minutes to bake and half to cool and set in the fridge for about an hour and a half. They will smell so amazing you will be dying to try them!

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 2 cups  flour
  • 1/2 cup  cold butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • iced water ( 3 tablespoons)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can  pumpkin  or homemade pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Add  flour, diced butter,  salt to  food processor. Pulse a couple of times until  mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  2. Slowly add, a few drops at a time, iced water until  dough comes together,  forms a ball. Wrap in clear plastic film,  put in fridge  30-40 minutes.
  3. Heat  oven to 350F.
  4. Line  pan with  parchment paper, leaving about 1 – 2 inches paper hanging over sides of pan.
  5. Remove  crust from  refrigerator,  roll it out into a 12X8″ rectangle.  Press crust in the bottom and on  sides of   baking pan.
  6. Cover t crust with parchment paper, fill with baking beans,  bake  crust,  7 minutes. Remove  baking beans, bake  crust for an additional 5 minutes. Cool completely before pouring the filling in.
  7. Whisk  filling ingredients until smooth and well blended. Pour mixture into pan over crust.
  8. Bake  50 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven, cool completely. Refrigerate for about 1 hour 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
  10. Top each bar with whipped cream and/or a dusting of pumpkin pie spice.
