This heavenly copycat Cinnabon recipe makes about twelve servings so there should be plenty for everyone to enjoy. They take about about an hour and half to prepare because the dough has to rise and get to the perfect size.

The Ingredients To Gather:
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tbsp cinnamon
- ⅓ cup margarine
- 6 tbsp margarine
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ⅛ tsp salt
The Step By Step Directions To Follow:
- Rolls: Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
- Add sugar, butter, salt, eggs, flour to bowl of a mixer.
- Mix well.
- Pour the milk/yeast mixture in, using dough hook.
- Mix well.
- Place dough into oiled bowl.
- Let rise in a warm place about 1 hour or until the dough has doubled in size.
- Roll dough out on lightly floured surface.
- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Grease a baking pan.
- Filling: Combine butter or margarine, brown sugar, cinnamon.
- Spread mixture over surface of dough.
- From long edge, roll dough down to the bottom edge.
- The roll should be about 18 inches in length.
- Cut the roll into 1½ inch slices.
- Place rolls in pan.
- Cover them with damp towel.
- Let them rise again for another 30 minutes until they double in size.
- Bake 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
- Make icing by mixing all ingredients, beat well with an electric mixer until fluffy.
- When rolls are done, spread with icing.
