- 3 pounds Cube Steak
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 3 teaspoons Black Pepper
- Salt, For Seasoning
- 1/2 cup Canola Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Butter

- Heat oil over medium heat.
