This amazing round steak recipe makes enough for six servings but if you want more for another quick delicious meal, you can just double the ingredients. You can enjoy this with some potatoes, as a sandwich or just by itself, any way you choose to eat it, it will taste incredible.

The Ingredients To Gather:

  • 3 pounds Cube Steak
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
  • 3 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • Salt, For Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Canola Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter

The Step By Step Directions To Follow:

  1. Heat oil  over medium heat.
  2. Mix  flour, seasoned salt, pepper.
  3. Season both sides of steaks with salt, pepper. Dredge each piece in flour mixture, pressing to coat.
  4. Add butter to pan right before frying.
  5. Fry pieces of steak in butter. Flip when sides are deep golden brown , cook about 1 minute on  other side.
