When many of us cut up tomatoes for a salad or for tacos or even for a spaghetti sauce, we sometimes have half of the tomato left.
Since we usually want to use the rest of the tomato for another meal, we put it in a plastic bag and stick it in the fridge because that is the cheapest, quickest way to do it.

I am like everyone else. I am sick and tired of being “lured in” by these advertising teasers only to find that you have to click SEVERAL pages to get to the information. I have also heard that is how your computer can be hacked into!!

Just put the cut side down in a small plate and put it in the refrigerator and it will last a week. Do it all the time.
