Garlic & Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Roasted pork does not have to be scary, difficult or unhealthy. This super simple one pot garlic and herb pork roast uses a lean pork loin!

It's a perfect dinner recipe for any fancy dinner party or a simple weeknight dinner.

Ingredients To Gather

  • 1 pork loin, trussed, 5-6 pounds
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 3 rosemary sprigs
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • ¼ cup of olive oil
  • 8-10 small red or white potatoes, skin on and washed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Now that you have all of your ingredients together it's time to start mixing everything up. The best part of this dish has to be the marinade of white wine, olive oil, garlic, red chili flakes and rosemary.

Before you start prepping to cook everything make sure that you follow these steps or else you will dry our your tenderloin!!!

    First of all…the picture shows a pork LOIN, appering to be a center cut. Second, it looks over done. Your cooking time and temp needs to follow the “low and slow” method for meat this lean.
