<p>This is beautiful and delicious!</p>
<p><u>Fruit Gelatin Layer</u><br />1 small box strawberry gelatin <br />1 cup hot water <br />1 package frozen strawberries, thawed</p>
<p>Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Chill slightly. Fold in thawed strawberries with juice. Pour into 2-quart mold. Chill until firm.</p>
<p><u>Cheese Layer</u><br />1 tablespoons unflavored gelatine<br />1/4 cup cold water <br />1/2 cup fruit cocktail syrup <br />1/4 cup granulated sugar <br />1 cup small curd cottage cheese <br />1 cup fruit cocktail, well drained <br />1 tablespoon lemon juice <br />1/4 teaspoon salt <br />1 cup sour cream</p>
<p>Dissolve gelatine in water.</p>
<p>Combine syrup and sugar. Bring to boil. Add to softened gelatine. Chill slightly. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour over well set fruit gelatin layer. Chill until firm.</p>

<p>2/3 cup boiling water<br />1 small box orange gelatin<br />1/2 cup cold water<br />Ice cubes<br />1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip?<br />6 ounces shortbread crust<br />Cool Whip? (for garnish)<br />Orange slices (for garnish)</p>
<p>Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl for 2 minutes or until dissolved.</p>
<p>Mix cold water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups. Gradually add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Remove any remaining ice.</p>
<p>Stir in the container of Cool Whip with a wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound. Spoon into crust. (There is likely to be some left over.) Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.</p>
<p>Decorate top of pie with Cool Whip and orange slices just before serving.</p>

<p>Prepare cake mix according to directions on box, and bake in two layers.</p>
<p>Remove cakes from pans. Clean pans. Return cool cake to pans. Pierce cake with meat fork 1/2 inch apart.</p>
<p>Mix strawberry Jell-O and 1 cup boiling water; pour over first layer.</p>
<p>Repeat with blueberry Jell-O for second layer. Refrigerate 3-4 hours.</p>
<p>Dip pans in hot water to loosen cake. Put layers atop each other, using Cool Whip for filling and frosting.</p>
<p>Decorate top with small American flags.</p>
